Just a few minor changes made all the difference
1: Don't eat anything past 8pm
2: Use Stevia instead of sugar
3: Don't eat bread
4: Walk 2 miles after your last meal before sleep
5: Fast for a 24 hour period once a week
Working out will help u lose weight but what u put inside your body is the most important thing, running on the treadmill for an hour won't help much if u fill up on pizza and KFC right after you're done.
Typical daily routine:
First thing in the morning
(This is a nice homemade alkalizer drink)
*1 spoon aluminum free baking soda (Bob's Red Mill)
*Squeeze half a lemon
*Water
Breakfast
(I mix and mash it all up and eat as much of it as i want since it's all good for you)
*1 cup of oatmeal
*1 apple sliced
*Cinnamon
*1 spoon Stevia (sweetener)
Lunch
*1 glass of V-8
*1 Bowl of Salad: Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, 2 Egg Whites, Cayenne Pepper, White Vinegar or Italian Salad Dressing
Dinner
*2 Pieces of Cod Fish (seasoned with Cayenne Pepper, Basil, Parsley, Lemon)(wrapped in foil and baked or cooked in Olive Oil)
*Mixed Vegetables (usually frozen since it's more conveniant, i prefer the California Blend of Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower)(steamed or boiled for 5-10 minutes)
*1 cup of White or Brown Rice with Red Kidney Beans or Black Beans, or boiled potatoes, or a combination of rice with beans and potato.
After Workout Smoothie
1 cup frozen mango
1 banana
1 cup orange juice
Workout Routine
30 minutes Rowing Machine
30 minutes treadmill 4-5mph jogging
30 minutes stationary bike medium-maximum tension
30 minutes stepper
30 minutes swimming and sprint running in pool
*This routine burns app 1500 calories and i like to do it at night, then have my smoothie, then go for a 2 mile walk, then go to sleep.
My body will burn more calories while i sleep when i do it this way and i usually wake up 2 pounds lighter in the morning than i did when i went to bed.
