Fasting

One of the oldest and most proven weight loss techniques is fasting.

Not eating or drinking anything except water for 18-36 hours 1-2 times a week is a great way to lose weight and cleanse your body.

The problem is keeping your appetite under control and having the discipline to starve yourself.

Try to not eat or drink anything except water for 24 hours once a week to begin with, u can do this easily by having your last meal at 6pm and not eating again until 6pm the following day.
